Karen
Burniston has been an avid rubber stamper for over 10
years and began scrapbooking shortly after the birth of
her children, nearly-4-year-old twins Karl and Emma.
Although she now stays home with her children, Karen’s
education is in Civil Engineering and she worked for 10
years in the construction industry. Stamping and
scrapbooking have always provided a wonderful creative
outlet in contrast to a technical field. She also has a
passion for photography, and enjoys reading, movies and
music.
Karen’s stamped work has been featured in Rubberstampmadness magazine and her scrapbook layouts in Creating Keepsakes magazine. She is a 2002 Creating Keepsakes' Hall of Famer and designs independently for Creative Imaginations and JewelCraft.
