Her passions are for rubber stamping and scrapbooking, but she also loves working with paper, wire, beads and just about anything else you put in front of her.
Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising & one can only think that perhaps crafting is an offshoot from her initial interest in Fashion & Design. She lives on the Central Coast of California in a Condo that looks more like a craft store than a home – she claims that it’s so she can work on projects any time of day without having to run to the store for supplies.
In addition to crafting most of the time, she also runs Science Adventures programs for kids K-6th grade during the summer and after-school.
Lauren has been crafting since about age 7 when she made items to sell in her family’s gift shop, but she has been in the professional craft industry for about 10 years. It all started at Aleene’s Creative Living Television Show and has progressed from there. She also has demonstrated on the Carol Duvall show, DIY Scrapbooking and at various Trade Shows and Conventions, in addition to being published in several books and magazines.
