  • Instructions
    1) If needed, lightly sand any rough areas of the picture frame. Paint the entire frame black. Allow to dry. Paint on a coat of satin varnish and allow to dry.

    2) Cut a strip of Magic Mesh ¾” wide and 30” long. Adhere (Magic Mesh is self adhesive) it around the outside edge of the frame. If any of the mesh extends over the front or back edge, you can trim it with the scissors.

    3) Cut 6 1 inch squares of mesh. Adhere 1 to the top and 1 to the bottom of the front of the frame, turning them and centering them as pictured. Add 2 squares to each side, centering them, but leaving ¾” in the center for the square rhinestone.

    4) Use the Gem-Tac to glue a square rhinestone between and at each end of the squares as pictured.

    5) Glue the long bugle beads around each square, with the end of the bead at the outside edge of the square. Repeat for each square, making sure that you make the bead design the same for each square.
