Instructions
Cut a 3 1/2" x 11 1/2" border using baby blue ice guru. Cut a 3 1/4" x 11 1/4" border using pearl white ice swirl and attach with memory book glue dots. Using a 2" square punch, punch out 8 squares and attach. Attach a star charm using the wire to the decorative drip and attach to the top square. Attach the crystals to the next two drops with mini glue drops and attach to the next two squares. Repeat the first step on the first square and then your done.
