Instructions
1. On piece of white matte cardstock, stamp Deckle Circle with Sky Blue ink and let dry.
2. In the center of the circle, stamp the flower with White ink and emboss with White embossing powder.
3. For the beaded frame, cut a piece of 26 gauge blue wire approximately 10” long. From the bead assortment, thread on a seed bead, decorative bead, seed bead, decorative bead and seed bead between each long bugle bead. Once all the beads are threaded onto the wire, bend into a somewhat square shape and place around the stamped circle, threading the wire back through the beads to secure the ends. Trim off excess wire.
4. Attach the beaded frame to the White cardstock (stamped with the circle/flower) by making tiny holes with needle tool (place on foam cushion to do this) in each corner. Make ½” horseshoe shapes with 26 gauge blue wire. Insert these horseshoe shapes through the tiny holes and secure by flattening on the back of the piece.
5. Cut another piece of White cardstock, slightly larger than the framed piece. On this piece stipple or sponge on Sky Blue ink around the outside edges that will show. Allow to dry completely.
6. On the bottom of the white card, stamp the flower three times with the Sky Blue Ink and emboss with Clear embossing ink.
7. Glue a rhinestone to the center of all of these flowers (including the one in the frame) with Gem-Tac.
8. Adhere the Sky Blue colored cardstock to the upper portion of the card with Terrifically Tacky Tape.
9. Adhere the framed piece to Sky Blue cardstock with double-sided foam tape.
10. For the envelope, stamp the flower three times with the Sky Blue Ink and emboss with Clear embossing ink.
11. If you are hand-delivering the card, glue rhinestones to the centers of the stamped flowers (do not do this if you are mailing the card).
