Charming Card

• Cardstock:
o Blue
o Black
• Paper Pizazz Metallic Gold Paper
• Punches:
o ½” Circle
o ¾” Circle
o 1/16” hole
• Button Alphabet Rubber Stamp Set from PSX
• Vivid Dye Ink pad: Black
• Krylon 18K Gold Leafing Pen
• Gold Jump Rings
• Needle-Nose Pliers
• Double-sided foam tape
• Scissors
• Double-stick Tape
• Memory Mount Adhesive
• #10 Envelope


Instructions
1. Cut Black cardstock for a card that is 4 x 9¼” that fits a standard #10 envelope.
2. Cut piece of Blue cardstock slightly smaller that the Black card and adhere to the Black card with double stick tape.
3. Stamp button alphabet letters on blue cardstock with Black ink.
4. Insert these stamped letters upside down into the ½” punch & punch so that the letters are centered in the circle.
5. Cut 5/8” squares from Black cardstock and glue the punched letters to the squares.
6. Use Gold leafing pen to outline the edges of the squares.
7. Punch ¾” circles in blue cardstock, then cut 1¼” squares around the punched areas, so the punch is centered.
8. Use the 1/16” punch to punch a tiny hole at the top of the punched circle – approximately 1/8” from top edge.
9. Attach a jump ring into the hole, then the charm, or another 2 jump rings, depending on the look you wish to obtain.
10. Cut Black cardstock squares slightly larger than the Blue charm squares.
11. Cut Gold paper slightly larger than the Black squares. Adhere the Black squares to the Silver squares with double stick tape.
12. Adhere the punched Blue squares with the charms to the Black/Gold squares with double-sided foam tape so they are 3-dimensional.
13. Determine placement of these charmed layers on front of card and attach with double stick tape.
14. Attach the stamped letters to the bottom of the card with double-stick tape.
