Instructions
1. On piece of White cardstock, stamp dress with Peony ink and emboss with Pink embossing powder.
2. Trim the stamped dress close to the outer edge, leaving approximately 1/16”.
3. Use craft knife to cut inside dress straps.
4. Using 20 gauge wire, insert the wire through the dress straps and form a hanger shape using round nose pliers. Flatten with Nylon Jaw Pliers.
5. Glue beaded fringe to the bottom edge of the dress with Gem-Tac and allow to dry completely.
6. Cut pieces of double sided foam tape and cover entire back of the stamped dress.
7. Cover entire stamped side of dress with Glaze or lacquer (be careful not to drip on fringe) and let dry completely.
8. Cut piece of black cardstock to fit the dress and the beaded piece.
9. Stamp this black piece with Polka Dot Pattern and Black Ink, then emboss with Clear embossing powder.
10. Cut piece of Fuchsia cardstock slightly larger than the Black polka dot piece.
11. Cut piece of black cardstock slightly larger than these two pieces with extra room at the top for decorative accent. Double the size you decided on, so that you have a card.
12. Attach these three layers to the front of the card with double-stick tape, leaving the extra room at the top of the card.
13. Attach the dress to the polka dot piece with the foam tape you placed on the back.
14. Use a piece of 22 gauge Fuchsia wire approximately 6” and coil one end with round nose pliers.
15. Thread on some of the additional beads from the fringe to desired length and coil the other end (if desired, you can use crimp beads of either end of the beads). Bend beaded piece to desired shape.
16. To attach the beaded piece to the card, you can either use Gem-Tac or attach with small staples made with 26 gauge wire.
