Pave Heart Card

• Silver Leafing Pen from Krylon
• “For You With Love” Rubber Stamp from Penny Black

• Black Embossing Powder
• Heat Tool
• Therm O Web Black Sticky Strips
• Metal Edge Ruler
• Double-stick Tape
• Craft Knife
• Self-Healing Mat
Fabri-Tac; Adhesive
• Pin Backing
• ¼” anywhere hole punch

Instructions
1. Using Silver Leafing pen, color front and back of heart appliqué and allow to dry completely.
2. Working a small section at a time on the front of the heart, glue rhinestones from the outside in, using Fabri-Tac.
3. After heart is completely filled in with rhinestones and completely dry, glue pin backing to the back with Fabri-Tac.
4. Cut black cardstock into piece 5½ x 8½” and fold in half to make the card.
5. Using craft knife and ruler on self-healing mat, cut out a diamond or square shape from the front of the card large enough to hold the puffy heart. Outline this edge with Silver Leafing pen.
6. Cut piece of silver paper slightly smaller than front of card (approx. 4 x 5¼”) and the opening slightly larger than the one on the card.
7. Adhere the piece of Silver paper to the front of the card with double-stick tape.
8. Glue 4 of the size 20 rhinestones to each corner of the opening on the front.
9. On piece of paper, stamp “For you with love” with Black ink and emboss with Black embossing powder. Trim into rectangle shape.
10. Layer stamped piece with double-stick tape onto black cardstock that is slightly larger.
11. Attach to front of card with Black Sticky Strips.
12. Line up pin in the opening and punch holes to attach to inside of card.
